Facial Hair Removal for Women

The Outline of Facial Hair Removal for Women

Methods To Remove The Hair Down There Minus The Fuss

Posted by Cindy Marshson On December - 20 - 2011

Women have debated the best way to remove unsightly hair from delicate areas for many years. There are a number of different ways that the hair can be removed effortlessly and afford-ably from those sensitive areas. Shaving, waxing and creams are all available choices, and you will need to try them all to determine which technique works best for you.

Unwanted hair in certain places can be unsightly, make you feel less feminine, cause discomfort and even be unhygienic. While shaving has long been the most popular method, there are downsides to shaving as well. You have to be very careful to prevent cutting yourself when shaving in these sensitive areas.

One of the biggest issues women have with shaving sensitive areas is that they often do it in the shower first thing in the morning. When you are still half asleep, it is even easier to end up with cuts and nicks which can make you feel uncomfortable all day. If possible, shave later in the day and make it easy on yourself by trimming the area with scissors or a clipper in advance.

You should never attempt to shave dry hairs as they will rip, and you will graze the skin in that area. If you shave when the area is dry you will end up with a severe skin irritation. Shaving in the direction of the hair growth is also very vital.

Waxing usually provides better and longer lasting results, so you will not have to do it as frequently. When the hair grows back, it will typically be lighter and thinner than before, which is notably welcome in these areas. Waxing is not exactly comfortable, but it works and you do get used to it, particularly when you have it done on a regular basis.

Waxing yourself is possible, though it takes a little work to become proficient at it. Many women prefer to just pay to have it professionally done instead. However, the cost can be a little too much for some women to feel is worthwhile. If your budget permits it though, it can be a nice part of a day at the spa or salon and does leave you feeling your smooth and sexy best.

Depilatory creams are one technique which is becoming more popular. It is cheap, easy to do and they can be used virtually anywhere on your body, your delicate areas included. The creams work quickly and give you smoother skin and longer lasting hair removal than you can get by shaving yourself.

If you apply the depilatory cream properly you will be able to attain great results, leaving your skin feeling smooth and hair free. The smell and the feeling of the cream is very nice making it perfect to use. When trying to find the best hair removal technique for your sensitive areas, creams are the most affordable, easy to use, and have the best results.

Women are not the only ones to worry about removing hair from sensitive areas. If you are a guy and you’ve looked down and wondered why do I have hair on my penis you too probably want to know how to remove that hair safely.

A Review of the Remington Pivot & Flex Shaver

Posted by Dave Lashier On November - 3 - 2011

Like all men we must shave on a daily basis! And of course we want to have the most comfortable shave available. But how do we accomplish this? Are you a guy looking for a shaver that can contour your face with ease, not leaving irritating nicks and cuts, but a soft smooth feel? We think so here at Electric Razor Reviews! Look no further than the shaver most reviewers are averaging 4 to 5 stars. Remington has come a long way since their first electric shaver came out about seventy years ago.

A majority stated that they loved the clean, almost razor like shave they get from using it. The low price was a huge factory when choosing this electric shaver. Owners felt that the mower had a very natural feel and could handle even the most awkward of places. The fact that the Remington Pivot & Flex shaver could be used either wet or dry was one of the best features, most felt it had. Owners also loved the fact that you could use a cord when you forgot to charge the battery. The ease of cleaning was very important, just a little soap and water and the shaver was as good as new.

As with everything nothing in life is perfect, some owners felt that the weight of the Remington Pivot & Flex Men’s Shaver was a little heavier than what they were use to, making it awkward to maneuver around. Owners said they were used to a silent electric shaver, some felt the Remington Pivot & Flex Men’s shaver made a little too much noise for their liking.

And though the three flexing foils were a big hit, some did not like the feel of the protective covers, expressing that it made it a little more difficult than it should be for the rise and fall of the shave. The biggest problem expressed however, by the majority of the owners of this Remington Pivot & Flex Men’s Shaver was the lack of a bag whatsoever.

Overall mostly positive reviews with a few concerns thrown in that are justified. Is this the right razor for you? Is the price worthy of the product or is it over-priced? Most men today have the daunting duty of shaving every day, whether it is required by their employers or just for the feel. If you are a man, there will come a time in your life where you must choose an electric shaver, or a manual razor. Remington F5790 Pivot & Flex Men’s Rechargeable Cord/Cordless Foil Shaver is said to be a real shaver for real people as Remington markets, “We devote ourselves to making real tools for real people”. We think so, too!

The Remington MS280 Electric Shaver

Posted by Dave Lashier On September - 25 - 2011

How often do you shave? Once a day? Four times a week? More? Less? Whether you get a five o’clock shadow or shave every other day, there are always a few things about a razor that we will expect to be good from the first sight of it on the store’s shelf or online. The Remington MS280 is another one where the price, how long the battery holds a charge and the quality of the shave are factors that affect our decision in purchasing it. The Remington MS280 comes from a company with history in the razor business.

The Remington MS280 costs just under $40 on Amazon.com. A user of the shaver writes that “It shaves faster and every bit as close and comfortably as my Panasonic 8228 which was four times the cost.” A reviewer from Indianapolis is also pleased with the cost of the MS280 – “I love this razor”, he writes. “I get a fast close shave for a fraction of the cost of those expensive foreign razors”.

As all electric razors have batteries, just how long do they hold a chargs? Is this an issue for you? Maybe not! We appreciate a shaver that can hold a charge for a while. I know firsthand how it feels when you’re walking around the house with a half done face waiting on your battery’s juice to load up. According to reviews, with the Remington MS280 it just matters how much you shave. Another reviewer from Buffalo NY writes that he “can’t recharge and use the shaver at the same time” thus seems to be a person who doesn’t leave his shaver plugged in between shavings to keep his battery charged.

There is nothing like a frshly shaven face. Once shaved with a razor the skin feels smooth and there is a tendency to feel refreshed! The most important thing about the Remington MS280 (as with any other razor) is how good a shave it will actually give you after buying it. This razor seems to satisfy most customers. A user from Ohio believes that some guys just don’t know what they’re doing. “Anyone who has a problem with it must not know how to shave with it,” he writes in his review. This reviewer from Dennisport, MA, agrees, writing that “It seems to give me a good shave.”

So, what do youthink? Are you now considering a Remington shaver? Possibly so! After reading the reviews, I think that the Remington MS280 is a very good shaver. Overall, everyone who bought one seems to be happy with its performance, and I would definitely buy one.
