The majority of experts are going to tell you that as long as the shampoo you find works for your hair, it won’t matter how much it costs. This is certainly true and it is why many people, particularly those who have a limited budget, gravitate toward the least expensive shampoos they can find. This is the reason that countless people purchase Suave shampoos and conditioners.
It’s common knowledge that clarifying shampoos are excellent choices for many people, particularly the people who use many products and who have lots of oily buildup that they need to fight through. Generally you only need to use a clarifying shampoo when your hair is truly oily or if there is a lot of product built up on it. Suave’s Daily Clarifying Shampoo, however, has "daily" in the actual product name. So how effective is this shampoo, really? Should you be using it on your hair every day, like the name says?
Much more about Suave Shampoo explained
First some good stuff: Suave Daily Clarifying Shampoo truly is good at getting the yucky buildup out of your hair. What it does is rip all of the build up off of your hair, leaving behind just the natural strand. This can certainly be a good thing and if you use a whole lot of gel, hairspray or other stuff, this is a good and cheap way to make sure you get all of it out.
The cost is the other main pro when it comes to this shampoo. Usually a regular sized bottle of Suave, whichever shampoo in its line you purchase, will only cost about a buck. You truly can’t beat that price tag, especially if your budget is tight or if you are spending more of your money on the other hair products you use.
The main problem we had with the shampoo was simply how dry it made our hair. It’s a stripping shampoo, no doubt. It is good that it could help you get down to the natural strand but the dryness can be tough to deal with. You should certainly not use this shampoo alone. You should follow it up with a conditioner to keep your hair from getting brittle and also dry.
This product has also man made colors and scents. They are light, but they’re still there. In case these things irritate your system, you aren’t going to be able to use this product.
Suave Daily Clarifying Shampoo does not have the longevity that other clarifying shampoos can provide to you. It will probably last long enough to help you get through a day but unless you want to wash your hair two times a day, it will more than likely be very oily by the time you get to your next scheduled washing. Your hair could even be oilier than it typically is as the shampoo will actually dry out your scalp which, in turn, increases oil production.
Whatever kind of hair you have, this shampoo could be the greatest thing you will have ever used…or you could deal with quite a few more troubles. Ask your hair stylist if the product is going to work well for you.
